Track Your Order

When your JAMES ALFONSO order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email containing the carrier name and tracking link. Use that link for the most current delivery updates.

Check your order

Open the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or paste your tracking number into the carrier tracking page shown in that email.

If your shipping email only shows a tracking number, you may also check it at 17TRACK.

Delivery timing

Orders received before 2:00 PM America/Phoenix, Monday through Friday, begin processing that business day.

Processing time: 1-2 business days.

Estimated delivery time: 6-13 business days.

Estimated total delivery time: 7-15 business days, including 1-2 business days of processing.

Free standard shipping is available for orders delivered within Germany.

Tracking has not updated

Carriers can require 24-48 hours after shipment to display the first scan. Carrier transfers, weekends, holidays, or local delivery checks may temporarily pause updates.
